Parts Now! Senior Management

Bruce Hagan, CEO
Before he joined Parts Now! in January 2008, Bruce served as president and CEO of Conney Safety Products in Madison, Wisconsin. With his guidance, following a tightly defined strategic plan, Conney grew profits across all business divisions. Prior to Conney, Hagan worked at W.W. Grainger, North America’s largest industrial distributor. There, he served as director of supply chain performance and product category director, working with Grainger’s largest suppliers to drive supply chain process improvements across the $5.9 billion company.

Along the way, Bruce has achieved Six Sigma champion certification —reflecting his intense focus on making sweeping improvements in process-intense operations. He holds two bachelor’s degrees from Drake University — one in inventory and production management, and another in earth sciences — which he followed up with an MBA with a concentration in inventory and production management from Case Western Reserve University.

Tom Marten, CFO
Tom Marten is the CFO of Parts Now!, responsible for the company’s Finance and Accounting functions.

Mr. Marten started in Parts Now!’s Accounts Receivable department in April 1992, and also served in the development of Parts Now!’s Southeast Branch. In 1996, Marten was promoted to Controller, where he has served until his promotion to CFO in 2003.

Mr. Marten holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also is a Certified Public Accountant.

Bob Banke, Vice President of Operations
Bob Banke is the Vice President of Operations for Parts Now!. In this role he is responsible for overseeing the remanufacturing, product logistics, and purchasing departments.

Mr. Banke, who joined Parts Now! in late 2001, brings with him 17 years of manufacturing experience. Prior to joining Parts Now!, Mr. Banke acted as the Director of Operations at Enerpac, responsible for manufacturing strategy, capital & supply chain management, and new product development. He also worked four years as a Product Line Manager at Frigidaire Home Products.

Mr. Banke earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton and his Master’s degree from Central Michigan University. He is versed in manufacturing methods such as lean manufacturing, Kaizen, JIT, and 5S. He lives in Middleton with his wife and three children.

Jason Jensen, Vice President of Business Development
Jason Jensen is the Vice President of Business Development for Parts Now!. In this position, Mr. Jensen is responsible for seeking out and developing new opportunities to expand Parts Now!’s business in traditional and non-traditional channels.

Previously, Mr. Jensen has served as the Vice President of Marketing & Strategy, from January 2003 to April 2005 and Director of Marketing & Strategy, from April 2000 to January 2003.

Mr. Jensen's prior experience includes strategic management consulting with McKinsey & Co. in Chicago and business development at Epic Systems Corporation, a Madison-based electronic medical records software firm.

Jason graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a degree in International Studies with a Business emphasis. He also received his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he lives with his wife and three children.

Parts Now! Sales Management

Michael Cox, Director of National Accounts
Michael Cox is the Director of National Accounts at Parts Now! Headquarters in Madison, WI. In this role, he focuses on working with key strategic accounts that will effect the growth and stability of the company. He works directly with outside National Accounts Executives—as well as an inside support team—to build an infrastructure that meets the needs of these strategic accounts.

Previously, Mr. Cox spent four years as Sales Manager at Parts Now!, where he worked with the sales management team to train and manage all account representatives located at the Madison Headquarters.

Prior to joining Parts Now! in November of 2000, Mr. Cox worked for American TV and Appliance for nine years, in a variety of management and sales positions.

Mr. Cox received his BBA in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Dave Geishirt, Sales Manager
Dave Geshirt is a Sales Manager at Parts Now! Headquarters in Madison, WI. Mr. Geishirt utilizes his wide array of knowledge of Parts Now!'s business operations to manage all account representatives located at the Madison Headquarters.

Mr. Geishirt has been with Parts Now! since 1991, assisting in the opening of Parts Now!'s Southeast Branch in early 90s. Upon his move back to Madison in 1996, Mr. Geishirt worked as Remanufacturing Manager, until his promotion to Director of Logistics in 1998, where he was responsible for all warehouse operations.

Clark Wilson, Sales Manager
Clark Wilson is a Sales Manager at Parts Now! Headquarters in Madison, WI. Mr. Wilson's duties include working with the rest of the sales management team on training and managing all account representatives located at the Madison Headquarters.

He worked for American TV and Appliance for seven years as a manager and sales professional before joining Parts Now! in December of 2001.

Mr. Wilson received his BS in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
